I’ve been in real estate as a landlord since I was in high school when I purchased my first investment, a hair salon, which cash flowed from day one. Since then, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed personally investing in single-family and multi-family properties, as well as coaching my clients through making the best decisions when purchasing one of their largest investments, their home.


I attended DePauw University where I studied economics and was very active in the Management Fellows program and my fraternity, Sigma Chi. (The biggest win was meeting my wife Natalie Mathews in freshman orientation!) The economic courses have been foundational in my understanding of the market forces, complexities of supply and demand, and statistics at the neighborhood level.


Since then, I spent almost 5 years as an account executive at the best marketing firm in Indianapolis, Element Three, where I guided clients on how to position their company to drive business. We’d layer on digital marketing for demand generation, leveraging numerous online tools and platforms to meet their goals. My largest client was a leader and innovator in the real estate space, which meant I had the opportunity to stay abreast to the cutting edge tools for Realtors. While I enjoyed crafting marketing strategies and helping clients reach their goals, I couldn’t ignore the pull to go full time into real estate.


Now I have the privilege to help clients understand the market dynamics when buying and selling their homes. When I’m selling homes, it’s all about having a well thought-out pricing strategy and complimentary marketing plan to drive activity and get it sold.


I truly love putting together transactions and making sure clients are happy when the deal is complete. What you can expect from me is a very strategic approach, a high-touch communicator, and a drive to help you meet your goals quickly. You can expect at a minimum to talk weekly, if not more frequently. We will monitor and adjust our approach until we get an accepted offer.
